DTDC Courier Service lost 2 of my packages!!!!!

Back on Mother's Day I sent a packaged to grandma. After 2 weeks of not arriving, it finally arrived and most of it was missing. So, I complained and the agent here assured me that it was a freak thing and said he would ship another package to the US for free, just to show me. So, several months later I thought I would do it again. Now it has been over 2 weeks (supposed to take 5 days) and my packaged is still not delivered. So, to say the least I am pissed. I hope that if you read this you take note of what happened and use your own judgement.
